Every year we have a week of EXCITEMENT with our Vacation Bible School. Each year a different theme is used to explain God's love and to demonstrate how Christ died for us. Using curriculum from various sources the kids are challenged with scripture memory verses, point making crafts and fun to do games. Even the food has a story backing up the evening’s theme. At some point each night there will be a worship service and a story telling time. Altogether it provides the children with a learning experience that brings home the message in an exciting and fun way.

The children are broken down into groups according to ages or sexes depending on the curriculum and we always have a preschool class for the 3-5 yr. olds. Our teachers and helpers are trained to meet most situations and there are other staff and leaders who take up any slack. Our VBS Coordinators do a great job of organizing everything and the resources are easy to follow. We have mobilized a large group of volunteers to decorate and they transform our buildings into whatever exotic local  needed for the theme. All in all it is one of the most rewarding ministries/outreaches we do each year.

Our VBS is open to all children ages 3-12 and they do not have to attend our church to participate. So bring out your kids for a great time in the Lord.
